Spring Cleaning Series: Skip the Lemons, Let Go of Losing (Part 2)

Author: Penni Wild

Reminder from Part One: Consider in your heart of hearts and deep in your soul that you are a born winner?

Part 2: Strengthen your "winner's frequency." Quick tip: Be awake to your thoughts.

Let's face it. How are you going to shift to winning if these "loser" dust bunnies are scampering in and out of your day? How are you going to get rid of the negative thoughts if you don't acknowledge they are there in the first place?

This isn't about good, bad or right or wrong. Let go of any judgment. It's simply an exercise to build up your winner's frequency.

Notice the thoughts you have that cancel out the good stuff. Look to see if you're buying in or if you're letting these counter-productive notions drive your decisions/actions.

You can choose not to buy in or let them run your life. All the wishing and hoping won't make something happen if, on the heels of that happy thought, comes the cascade of negative thoughts completely opposite to what you want to have.

Clenching your teeth and holding your breath and pretending that you don't have opposing thoughts doesn't work either.

But we do these things, right? We even expect that somewhere, beyond our fondest hopes, we will manifest the very thing or situation we want.

Next installment: Two sides of the loser frequency you'd rather not know about.

In the meantime, just notice the thoughts that keep away the truly good stuff you really want to have in your life. Just say: "Thanks for sharing," and let 'em pass through to the ethers.
